The short version. Bomo is a private, invite‑only messenger. Use it lawfully and respect other people. Because your messages are end‑to‑end encrypted, we can’t see what you send — so keeping Bomo safe depends on everyone. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior, and you can block and report anyone. Break these rules and your access can be removed.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Uniqo LLC (“Bomo,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the Bomo application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Bomo.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Bomo. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it current. Bomo is invite‑only; access is granted through an invitation and may be limited or declined at our discretion.
Bomo is a privacy‑first messaging service. Your messages, media, and calls are end‑to‑end encrypted, which means we cannot read or monitor their content. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time. The Service is provided for your personal, non‑commercial use.
You are responsible for your account and for activity that happens through it, including keeping your device and access to it secure. Your account is for you as an individual; don’t share it or let others use it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use Bomo lawfully and respectfully. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You must not use Bomo to create, send, request, or share content, or to engage in conduct, that:
Because content is end‑to‑end encrypted, we cannot pre‑screen it — so you are fully responsible for what you send, and we rely on the safeguards below to keep the community safe.
You keep all ownership of the content you send through Bomo. We do not claim it, and — because of end‑to‑end encryption — we cannot access it. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the right to send it.
Bomo gives you tools to protect yourself: you can block any user, which stops their messages and calls from reaching you, and you can report abuse to us at info@uniqosourcing.com. We review reports and act on them, typically within 24 hours, which may include warning, suspending, or permanently removing accounts that violate these Terms. We may remove any user who abuses the Service or puts others at risk, at our discretion and without prior notice where appropriate.
You can stop using Bomo and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.
Bomo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure against every possible threat, or that messages will always be delivered without delay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniqo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Bomo after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
